Welcome! This page answers the most common questions our collectors have about acquiring original artwork directly from the artist. If you’re considering a piece, here’s everything you need to know to feel confident and informed about your purchase.

• Are these original works?

  Yes. All artworks offered on this site are original, one-of-a-kind pieces created by Dale Voelker. No reproductions or editions are sold unless clearly noted.
  

• Do the works come with documentation?

  Each artwork includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
  Each piece is signed and dated on the back.
  

• How are artworks shipped?

  Works ship directly from the artist’s California studio and are professionally packed and fully insured. Tracking information is provided once shipped.
  

• How long does shipping take?

  Most artworks ship within 5–7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.
  

• Can you help with framing or placement?

  Yes. Framing suggestions, placement guidance, and additional images can be provided upon request.
  

• What is your return policy?

  Collectors may review the artwork for 7 days after delivery. If the piece is returned in original condition, a refund (minus return packing/shipping) will be issued.
