RETURN POLICY
Yes, artwork can be returned if you are unhappy with a piece. I offer a 7 day return policy. Please contact me prior to shipping to confirm. Collector is responsible for the cost of return postage and insurance.
UN-STRETCHED CANVAS?
Usually larger canvas pieces over 5’ are sold “unstretched.” The advantage is shipping a rolled canvas in a tube is a fraction of the cost of shipping a large piece in a shipping crate. If the work is un-stretched or on loose canvas it refers to a painting that is not mounted on “stretcher bars” – the wooden framework the canvas is on – not a frame – which is on the outside of the painting already stretched.
Loose canvas is shipped insured rolled in a heavy-duty tube. The rolled canvas can be taken to a local framer to have it stretched on stretcher bars. Then it is ready to hang! Or, pieces can be installed loosely on walls with heavy weight tacks for a rustic look.
If you would prefer to have your artwork arrive stretched and “Ready to Hang” contact the artist to take care of that.
